Hi, I’m Kathi and I’m 47 years old.

I am proud to share that I lost 63 pounds by following a simple 6-Second Morning Ritual.

It wasn't always like this for me. After starting a family 20 years ago, I’ve struggled with my weight continuously.

I knew having kids would leave me with a few extra pounds, but I didn't expect it to be so difficult to stay in shape.

My doctor's words changed everything. "Your blood sugar is too high. We might need to discuss diabetes medication."

That word - "diabetes" - was my wake-up call. My mother had type 2 diabetes and was obese when she died 3 years ago...

I started reducing portion sizes, cutting out snacks, and trying exercise routines.

But there always seemed to be something that would happen.

Life just kept getting in the way...

I just became so stressed out and resorted to comfort eating.

I knew it was a bad idea, but I would justify it in my head and tell myself that I would try again when my life was less stressful…

Then came the Bunko night that changed everything...

My best friend decided I needed a night of fun to take my mind off things and dragged me out to play Bunko with a group of her friends.

I was feeling so awkward because I didn’t know anyone there except my friend.

My mind was filled with self-conscious thoughts that everyone was looking at me, thinking “who’s the fat lady, and she’ll probably eat all the desserts”.

Of course, they weren’t, but I just felt like everyone was staring at me.

It was then I heard two ladies talking to each other, saying how they dropped 3 dress sizes by following a simple 6-Second Morning Ritual.

So, I leaned in to try and hear more…

I was skeptical of what I was hearing, but then my best friend said one of the women had lost over 100 pounds that year.

I was stunned! 😮

I begged my friend to introduce me because I had to get the information on this 6-Second Morning Ritual.
