How It Transformed My Life
My name is Megan and I'm 45 years old.
I am sharing my story, not only because I am proud that I have lost 63 lbs by following this simple “6-Second Morning Ritual."
But I am hoping that maybe my story will help someone else who is struggling the way I used to be.
It wasn't always this way for me. My weight struggles began after starting my family 20 years ago...
I knew having kids would leave me with a few extra pounds here and there...
But I didn't expect it to be so difficult to lose afterwards...
I didn't realize just how bad things were until my doctor told me my blood sugar was too high...
he said that I might need to start taking medication for diabetes...
Honestly, given my inactive lifestyle, the diagnosis should not have been a total surprise...
But it was, and hearing that word, “diabetes,” well, that was a real wake-up call for me.
My mother had type 2 diabetes and was obese when she died 3 years ago.
The news really freaked me out, and I started to think about all the other health issues it could cause.
So I started reducing portion sizes, cutting out snacks, and trying some home exercise routines.
But the timing never seemed to be right.
There was always something happening that would stress me out...
My emotional eating habits would kick in, and I knew in my mind that it was a bad idea to start down that path.
But I would justify it in my head and tell myself that I would try again when my life was less stressful.
I mean, what else could I do, right?
My best friend Sarah kept telling me for months about how she dropped 3 sizes by doing this “6-Second Morning Ritual” every morning...
I totally didn’t believe her!
But then I kept seeing those stories come across my social media feed about women just like me...
Women who were losing 25, 50, even up to 100 pounds by using this 6-Second Morning Ritual every day.
Curiosity finally got the best of me, so I gave in and clicked on the video and watched it.
At first I'm like, I'm not going to watch some 30-minute video. I mean, who has time for that!
Just give me the details...right?
It was actually very informative and made a lot of sense...and there's science and research that backs up everything explained.
After I watched the video I decided, why not try it?
It seemed pretty straightforward and simple to do, and yes, it only takes about 6 seconds a day?
So I decided that I was going to give the 6-Second Morning Ritual a try! It was so easy, I couldn't believe it.
After doing this weird little ritual every morning for a couple of weeks, something amazing happened.
My energy levels increased, and I no longer felt sluggish throughout the day.
I also noticed that my cravings for unhealthy foods decreased, and I was making better food choices without even trying.
And then came the real moment of truth - stepping on the scale. To my surprise, I had lost 13 lbs in just two weeks!
For someone like me who had been struggling with weight loss for years, this was a huge milestone.
I was more motivated than ever!
In fact, after doing the 6-Second Morning Ritual every morning, I no longer felt hungry.
I have lost several inches from my waist without restrictive dieting or exercise, and my eating habits are much better.
It’s been about 4 months now, and I am still following the 6-Second Morning Ritual every day.
It is so much easier to make healthier meal choices.
I am now down 63 lbs, and I am back in my swimsuit just in time for summer!
And those skinny jeans…yup! I can wear those too!
At my last doctor appointment, there were no more discussions about developing diabetes or taking medication.
I am more confident than I have been in years!
And here's a bonus! This crazy ritual seems to have enhanced my cognitive functions as well!
My thinking is so much clearer, and heck, even my boss was impressed with my quick responses to his questions!
I hope that by sharing my story and my experience, I will encourage others to give this “6-Second Morning Ritual” a try. It was a huge help for me!
